Danny BusijaDanny Busija has extensive experience in executive search and a widespread network of industry professionals. Danny is a prolific blogger not only on recruitment but on supply chain trends and industry issues.

Danny commenced his professional career as an auditor and accountant. Danny then moved to recruitment and has held Consulting and Management roles within some of the leading executive search firms in Australia. He also held a Senior Management position with a Multinational Recruitment Firm. His last role was Group General Manager of a specialist recruitment company.

The industry recognises Danny as an expert in Supply Chian recruitment, culminating in his appointment to the Board of arguably Australia’s leading Supply Chain Association, the SCLAA. In this role Danny represents the industry on various skill councils and round tables.

    The number one topic of discussion? Talent. Or more precisely, the lack of it. I find myself in a fortunate position where I am a co-owner of Selection Partners, a Recruitment and Coaching firm and on the Board of the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia, arguably one of the countries premier industry associations. So I feel I am in a unique position to comment.
